About the Job
Urban Ritual is searching for tea and boba enthusiasts! We are looking for quality candidates to join our team. We are a new startup craft tea and boba shop with unique and interesting flavor combinations. More importantly, we strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We currently have both morning and evening shifts available.
Cashier/Barista Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of excellence in customer service.
- Educate and guide guests with knowledge of tea and boba.
- Operate both front-of-house duties such as making drinks as well as the back-of-house duties such as cleaning and upkeep of the store.
- Form and bond positive & genuine relationships with both coworkers and customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High integrity with a great attendance record.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Team player.
Our current summer season shift schedules:
- Mon-Thurs:
- Day Shift: 12 pm-5 pm.
- Evening Shift: 5 pm-9:30 pm.
- Fri-Sun:
- Day Shift: 12 pm-5 pm.
- Evening Shift: 5 pm-10:30 pm.
